CTS received a CPAR rating of “Exceptional” (the highest rating possible) for all 5 evaluation areas on the NASA Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support (EASSS) contract.
The EASSS contract is administered by Science Office for Mission Assessments (SOMA) at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) and supports the Science Mission Directorate (SMD) at NASA Headquarters in the acquisition of Earth science and space science missions and instruments. The EASSS contract coordinates the Technical, Management, and Cost (TMC) evaluations of Earth and space science proposals, independent assessments, studies, and program reviews.
The CTS EASSS Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) rated CTS “Exceptional” in all evaluation areas as a result of demonstrating our continued strong support to NASA across all aspects of the program. Highlights of CTS’s of NASA assessment of our performance include:
- CTS’s strong recruiting process allowing them to locate experienced staff with specialized background.
- A thorough conflict of interest screening and monitoring process that ensures that their staff are clear of any potential organizational or personnel conflicts.
- An innovative staffing process ensuring that the tasks are staffed with exactly the right personnel.
- A proactive task planning and management approach providing NASA with insight into current task status and has resulted in on-time and on-budget delivery on all task orders.
